6 STEPS ON HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FUR COAT

1

Do not leave stains on your fur coat untreated for a long time. Leaving stains on a fur coat will make them much harder to remove and they have the potential to ruin the fur. Stains caused by lipstick, sweat, wine, etc. are better cleaned immediately because they spread with time. If serious seek professional help.

2

Never iron the fur or even the lining. Ironing will ruin fur; the heat will penetrate to the leather and cause it to dry and tear eventually.

3

Do not spray any chemicals on your fur. Spraying your fur with any spray or perfume decreases the life of your fur and makes it lose it’s shine.

4

If you tear or rip your fur never try to fix it yourself, seek professional help.

5

Always allow your fur to dry before putting it away. Never store your fur in the closet right after it has been exposed to rain or snow. This includes fur on boots and lining coat collars and hoods. Dry your fur in an open space first before storing it.

6

Avoid placing items with a strong odor next to your fur when in storage. The odor will transfer and linger in the fur.
